Visitation
Visitation is conducted seven days a week between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The location of the inmate within the facility will determine the day that he/she is permitted to receive visitors. Contact visits are not permitted without written authorization from the Sheriff. Inmates are permitted a maximum of three adult visitors. Visitation time will vary dependent upon the number of visitors. Special visits occur on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and require the inmate to schedule in advance. Special visits are only permitted for inmates that remain discipline free

Inmates will be requested to list three (3) ADULT visitors that they wish to have visiting privileges. Inmates will be allowed to change this list every month, if they elect to do so. Jail Officers WILL NOT change a visitation list once it is turned in.
1. Visitors must provide picture identification at time of entry and properly sign the Visitor Log prior to entry; failure to do so may result in denial of visitation.
2. Visitors arriving more than ten (10) minutes after the start time of the block’s visit will not be permitted to visit. This also applies to special visits and Thanksgiving visits.
3. No weapons of any kind, food or drink, cell phones, cameras, electronic devices or recording devices of any kind will be permitted in the visiting area. Visitors will be asked to leave their purses, bags, jackets, hats and personal items outside of the visiting area. Lockable storage lockers are provided in the lobby area to safely store these items.
4. Visitation phones must be properly used during the visitation, or the visit may be terminated. Visitors must speak directly into the phone and must refrain from setting the phone down to use as a speaker phone. All visitation telephones are subject to audio monitoring.
5. Voices are to be kept at moderate levels. Visitors and inmates are to conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times, or the visit may be terminated.
6. Visitors and inmates will wear proper fitting clothing; any visitor wearing clothing deemed to be inappropriate may be turned away.
7. Visitors may leave money orders for an inmate at the intake window.
8. Visitors under age 18 will not be permitted unless they are members of the inmate’s immediate family (son, daughter, brother, sister or grandchild) and are with an authorized adult visitor, or if they have proof of marriage to the inmate that they wish to visit.
9. The name(s) of the inmate’s minor family member(s) need to be disclosed on the inmate’s visitation list; however, the inmate’s children do not count towards the three (3) authorized visitors.
